Terms of Use

1. License Grant & Compatibility

Tally Counter is licensed, not sold, to you under the standard Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on compatible iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 17.6 or later associated with your Apple Account.

2. Free Version & Tally Pro

Tally Counter is free to download and provides core counting functionality, allowing you to create up to 3 counters and 1 organization folder at no cost.

Users may upgrade to Tally Pro to unlock advanced capabilities, including unlimited counters, additional folders, extended trend charts, activity heatmaps, and data export in CSV and PDF formats.

3. Subscriptions, Lifetime Purchase & Pricing

Tally Pro offers the following purchase options (prices reflect US App Store pricing and may vary by region based on local currency and applicable taxes):

- Weekly Subscription: $3.99 per week, auto-renewing.

- Annual Subscription: $19.99 per year, auto-renewing.

- Lifetime Purchase: $49.99, one-time payment with no recurring renewals.

4. Auto-Renewal, Free Trials & Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.

For subscription plans (weekly and annual), your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current cycle at the standard rate of the chosen plan.

Certain plans may offer a free trial. The specific duration and the subsequent billing amount will be clearly presented prior to confirmation on the purchase screen. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription prior to its conclusion. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time directly through your device settings: open iPhone Settings → tap your Apple Account → tap Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

All billing, subscription cancellations, and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services policies. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Purchase Restoration

If you switch to a new device or reinstall the app, you can restore your existing subscription or lifetime purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button on the in-app purchase screen.

7. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree to use Tally Counter solely for lawful purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the app, nor attempt to circumvent any technical protections governing Pro features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tally Counter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Tally Counter.
