1. No Account Required & Local Storage

Tally Counter operates completely without account registration or user authentication. You do not need to sign in, create a profile, or provide an email address to use the app.

All your counters, names, custom step increments, targets, reset cycles, and historical records are stored locally on your device. Data is shared strictly between the main application and its home screen widgets using an on-device local App Group container.

2. Optional iCloud Synchronization

If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization, your counting data is synchronized across your personal Apple devices using Apple CloudKit. Data is transmitted directly to and stored within your private iCloud database tied to your personal Apple ID.

The developer has no access to your iCloud credentials, your private CloudKit database, or any counting entries stored in your personal account.

3. Push Notifications & Local Reminders

Tally Counter registers with Apple Push Notification service solely to receive silent background notifications triggered when iCloud synchronization updates your counters. The app does not send marketing or promotional notifications.

If you enable counter reminders, these notifications are scheduled locally on your device with your explicit permission and are never handled by remote servers.

4. Zero Tracking & No Data Collection

The developer does not collect, sell, or monitor any personal data or usage habits. The application contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and does not use IDFA or App Tracking Transparency. In Apple's privacy manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy), NSPrivacyTracking is set to false and no data collection types are declared.

The only third-party software component included in the application is Lottie, which is utilized exclusively for rendering local user interface animations offline without network connectivity.

5. In-App Purchases & Apple StoreKit

All in-app purchases, lifetime options, and subscription transactions are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or financial payment details.

The app only receives an on-device purchase verification status from Apple to unlock Pro features.

6. Customer Support Communication

If you contact our customer support team directly via email at tallycounter@support.andyrgb.com, we receive your email address and any details you provide in your message. This correspondence is used exclusively to assist you and resolve your inquiry.

7. No Data Sharing or Selling

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your personal data, counting records, or email messages with third parties, data brokers, or advertisers under any circumstances.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain complete control over your data at all times. Deleting a counter inside the app permanently removes all associated records from your device.

If iCloud synchronization is active, you can manage or delete your synchronized data at any time via your iOS Settings (Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage).

9. Children's Privacy

Tally Counter is a general-purpose utility application that does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Website Infrastructure

This landing website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Standard edge network technical logs (such as request timestamps and client network addresses) may be processed transiently to maintain infrastructure stability and mitigate security threats.

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party behavioral profiling tools.
